Job Description
- To provide technical support in IT projects, including system design, development, system test, user acceptance test, system deployment and preparation of system documentation
- To provide on‑going maintenance support for end‑user computing standalone programs
- To prepare ad hoc and routine reports and statistics
- To provide PC support, including assisting to deliver online courses and implementing Electronic Record Keeping System
- To provide technical support for procurement of hardware, software and services
- To perform any other relevant duties as assigned by supervisors and the management
Requirements
- Higher Diploma / Degree in Computer Science or related subjects
- At least 3 years experience in System Implementation and Maintenance/Support &in SQL
- Must have experience in Microsoft VBA
- Must have experience in PC LAN support
- Experience in office automation is highly desirable
- Experience in Microsoft Access is highly desirable
- Experience in IT Procurement is desirable
- Written test may be required during the interview
