Job Description

The Project Controller is responsible for developing, implementing, and reconciling project budgets and forecasts together with the project stakeholders and implementing them in the ERP system.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and report on project performance, including cost, revenue, cash flow, and progress, invoicing and cash collection ensure compliance with IFRS
  • Perform variance analysis, identifying risks and opportunities, and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Present project financials to senior management, including V- and C-Level executives.
  • Assist with claims and change order management.
  • Manage customer bank guarantees and related documentation.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in project controlling, with expertise in project costing, estimating, and financial monitoring, preferably in an international EPC environment , with readiness to travel (10-20%)
  • Strong knowledge of risk and claim management.
  • Proficiency in financial data analysis, with the ability to draw insights and make informed recommendations.
  • Familiarity with IFRS and industry best practices and standards.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and commitment to continuous improvement and ability to work independent.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English ; additional language skills are a plus.

Compensation

  • Basic wage component (gross): 53000

This amount is our minimal offered salary. Compensation is determined based on your level, skills, experience and qualifications.
