Requirements:

  • One year of administrative support, analyst, customer service, or related experience required
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, and Teams.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to organize work, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Ability to follow instructions, learn new processes, and ask questions when needed
  • Ability to handle confidential or sensitive information professionally
  • Dependable attendance and consistent follow-through on assigned work

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience preparing documents, letters, memos, bulletins, reports, or form
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, XLOOKUP, formulas, data analysis, reporting, data validation, and maintenance of operational trackers and reporting tools
  • Comfortable working with recurring deadlines and multiple administrative priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience using Business Objects or similar reporting tools to create, maintain, and distribute reports

Overview (Program Coordinator):

The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable managing recurring responsibilities, proficient with Microsoft Office applications, and capable of balancing multiple priorities while delivering excellent customer service and accurate work.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to dealer phone and email inquiries regarding CPO program processes, certification issues, system exceptions, and eligibility requirements
  • Assist with dealer enrolment activities, program applications, and general program administration
  • Maintain and update departmental records, spreadsheets, databases, trackers, and supporting documentation
  • Utilize Client's internal systems, including CICS, to research Certified VIN status, track RDR activity, and support dealer inquiries
  • Run routine/ad-hoc data queries and reports using Business Objects and other reporting tools
  • Support month-end reporting, performance tracking, and data validation activities
  • Track deadlines, approvals, requests, and follow-up items to ensure timely completion.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare meeting materials, and support internal department operations
  • Assist in the development, distribution, and maintenance of CPO program bulletins, dealer communications, and related reference materials
  • Participate in special projects and other administrative or analytical assignments as needed
