This is a remote position.
DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
1. Site Acquisition & Location Mapping
Strategic Sourcing: Proactively "map" and identify high-potential areas for NutriStore branches based on target demographics and business objectives.
Site Evaluation: Conduct site inspections and feasibility studies to ensure locations are suitable for pharmacy, convenience retail, and bakeshop operations.
Negotiation: Act as the primary point of contact for property owners or developers to secure favorable lease or purchase terms.
2. Project Planning & Construction Management
Project Chartering: Develop detailed work plans, timelines, and budgets for each new store opening.
Vendor Coordination: Manage contractors and suppliers for the physical build-out. Ensure all vendors are pre-approved by the Area Manager.
Regulatory Compliance: Secure all necessary building permits and ensure the construction complies with local government unit (LGU) requirements and health/safety standards.
3. Store Readiness & Equipment Installation
Operational Setup: Oversee the installation of critical store equipment, including air conditioning units (if necessary), refrigeration, and specialized pharmacy/bakeshop fixtures, etc.
Branding: Ensure all exterior and interior signage are installed according to brand guidelines.
Quality Control: Conduct final walkthroughs to ensure the constructed NutriStore adheres to the quality and safety standards approved by the Area Manager.
4. Coordination & Reporting
Central Liaison: Serve as the main bridge between internal PNFC units (Finance, HR, Operations) and external contractors.
Progress Reporting: Facilitate regular updates on construction status and store readiness; prepare reports highlighting milestones and budget adherence.
Risk Mitigation: Identify potential delays or budget overruns early, developing mitigation plans and escalating issues to management proactively.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or a related field. A background in Pharmacy or Management is a plus.
Experience: 3–5 years of experience in Store Development, Site Acquisition, or Construction Project Management.
Proven track record in setting up retail outlets, pharmacies, or food service establishments.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of real estate mapping and local zoning laws.
Experience managing contractors and technical specifications.
Proficiency in project management tools and Google Workspace.
Attributes:
