Department: Line Maintenance Operations – Project Management for Operations
Are you an engineering graduate with a passion for process improvement, operational excellence, and aviation? Join our team as a Project Engineer I and help drive initiatives that enhance safety, compliance, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement across our Line Maintenance stations.
What You'll Do
- Support operational improvement projects from planning to implementation.
- Gather and analyze data, map processes, and monitor project progress.
- Assist in developing SOPs, work instructions, and project documentation.
- Drive 5S, visual management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality, safety, and project compliance.
- Support KPI tracking, daily huddles, workshops, and improvement activities.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Aeronautical/Aerospace, Industrial, Electrical Engineering , or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in engineering, operations, or project improvement is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of project management, Lean/5S, process improvement, and Microsoft 365.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in aviation or line maintenance operations is a plus.
