Velox Solutions is seeking an experienced and driven Project Lead to oversee end-to-end software development lifecycle for our innovative tech products. The ideal candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage client communication, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.
Responsibilities- Lead planning, execution, and delivery of software projects
- Coordinate between development, QA, design, and support teams
- Define project scope, timelines, and milestones
- Track project progress using tools like Jira/Trello
- Manage risk and handle change requests effectively
- Ensure project goals align with client and business requirements
- Conduct regular team meetings and client updates
- Maintain documentation and post-deployment support
- Bachelor's or Master’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in software development, with 2+ in leadership roles
- Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience managing full-stack web/app projects
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- PMP/PRINCE2 certification is a plus
