Job Title: PMO Analyst

Job Summary
We are seeking a PMO Analyst with 3–6 years of experience supporting program and project management in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will maintain integrated project plans, manage RAID logs, build executive dashboards, and prepare steering committee materials. Experience with Excel and project management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, or MS Project is required. Life sciences industry experience is a strong advantage.
Required Skills
- 3–6 years of PMO, project coordination, or program analytics experience
- Advanced Microsoft Excel
- Experience with Smartsheet, Jira, MS Project, or similar PM tools
- Dashboard creation and project reporting
- RAID log management and project planning
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to support weekly reporting cycles with high accuracy
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the Life Sciences or Healthcare domain
- Process standardization and continuous improvement
- User adoption and localization support for Mexico operations
