Your Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the setup, management, and continuous development of project controls structures for leading clients in the aerospace industry
- Plan and control budgets, costs, timelines, and risks in complex development and industrial projects
- Track project progress and provide reporting based on defined KPIs
- Conduct maturity assessments and derive concrete, actionable recommendations
- Define and implement governance frameworks, processes, and organizational structures
- Support project management across multiple functions and management levels
- Foster a project-oriented company culture by introducing appropriate tools, templates, and methodologies
Your Profile
- Master’s degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the aerospace industry or a comparable high-tech environment
- Strong expertise in PMO management, project control processes, and common project management methodologies
- Hands-on experience with Primavera or Microsoft-Project is required
- Excellent English skills
- Strong analytical skills, a structured way of working, and a confident presence in complex client environments
- Strong planning or cost control experience
- Team spirit, strong communication skills, and enjoyment of working in an regulated international environment

We offer a starting salary of €85,000 gross per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
