Job Capsule:
The Project Manager’s typical area of responsibility includes one or more projects and/or multiple delivery teams across the domain. This includes development, configuration, validation, deployment, and launch of customer solutions, such as PM projects, country or multi-country deployments. Each project may be structured as a series of cumulative Minimum Viable Products (MVPn), with delivery timelines ranging from three months to one year.
This PM will be responsible for the delivery of assigned projects and cross-team initiatives in compliance with the triple constraints of time, budget, and quality. They will challenge Product Owners and platoon/team members on priorities, supports efficient decision-making across teams, and keeps scope aligned with capacity and stakeholder requirements. They will foster an effective working environment by protecting teams from illegitimate influences during sprints and identifying and removing obstacles early.
This PM is the project focal point for stakeholders who are not direct team members and helps ensure clear communication across project teams, PMO, management, and domain stakeholders. When possible, they will also promote the project or related domain initiatives across the organization and externally.
This PM will work closely with the PMO to align processes, reporting standards, and governance practices across the domain. This includes coordinating with multiple teams, ensuring consistent visibility into project status, and tracking cross-team dependencies to support timely decision-making and delivery.
Because typical team members and project stakeholders may be distributed around the world, they must demonstrate strong self-organization, the ability to work effectively across time zones, and the discipline to coordinate multiple teams without overextending themselves while ensuring delivery meets the expected level of quality.
