Job Title: Project/Program Manager IT 5/ Agile Coach
Target for 15+ years of candidate
Location: Peoria, Chicago Il office or Dallas Office - in office as needed
Duration: 12 months
Visa: USC/H4-EAD/EAD-GC (Need back and front photo of DL & Visa's)
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of overall experience, or
- Master's degree with 8+ years of experience
- Prior experience as a Senior Scrum Master with exposure to Agile transformation initiatives
- 12 years of direct experience in an Agile Coach role is sufficient
Role Summary
This role is centered on Agile coaching, process optimization, and leadership across multiple teams. The individual will guide both Scrum and Kanban teams toward higher maturity, provide strategic oversight across key initiatives, and ensure alignment, accountability, and continuous improvement through data-driven practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Agile Coaching & Process Maturity
- Coach Scrum and Kanban teams to enhance Agile adoption and process maturity
- Act as a subject matter expert on Agile methodologies, driving consistency and best practices
- Influence and evolve Agile processes across the organization
- Delivery Leadership & Oversight
- Provide a holistic view of work across teams, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities
- Oversee and drive progress on the top strategic initiatives within the portfolio
- Facilitate leadership-level stand-ups and key program discussions
- Stakeholder Collaboration & Accountability
- Partner with Product Owners, engineering teams, and portfolio managers to ensure delivery outcomes
- Drive accountability across technical teams and leadership stakeholders
- Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
- Agile Execution & Facilitation
- Lead Agile ceremonies and ensure effective planning, tracking, and execution
- Remove blockers, streamline workflows, and enable faster decision-making
- Data, Metrics & Reporting
- Utilize Azure DevOps (Azure Boards) for backlog management and delivery tracking
- Build dashboards and visualizations for epics, features, and user stories
- Analyze Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown, and team efficiency to drive improvements
- Provide insights that support leadership decision-making and continuous improvement
Required Skills
- Core Competencies
- Strong expertise in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid models)
- Deep understanding of Agile processes and methodologies (Process SME mindset)
- Experience working in Agile transformation environments
- Tools & Metrics
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps / Azure Boards
- Ability to interpret and present Agile metrics and performance data
- Communication & Leadership
- Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels
- Ability to influence without authority and drive organizational change
- Strong collaboration skills across cross-functional and global teams
- Technical Understanding
- Technical expertise in areas like Cloud, DevOps, or Security is not mandatory
- Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) is required

- Two rounds of panel interviews conducted via Microsoft Teams
- Each round includes 23 interviewers
