Job Description

Manage and deliver multiple concurrent Agile projects, overseeing up to 1012 active project plans simultaneously.

Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting across marketing data and analytics initiatives.

Serve as a workstream owner for customer journey and marketing services programs, ensuring successful delivery from data ingestion through reporting and attribution.

Monitor project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and resource needs to ensure successful outcomes.

Coordinate enterprise-level initiatives involving cross-functional business and technology teams.

Support both Agile and, when required, Waterfall project delivery methodologies.

Partner with Product Owners, business stakeholders, data teams, and technical resources to define project requirements and priorities.

Facilitate communication among business leaders, managers, vendors, and technical teams to drive alignment and resolve issues.

Assist Product Owners in translating business needs and reporting requirements into actionable Azure DevOps work items and user stories.

Provide project governance, status reporting, and executive-level communications.

Guide teams in the effective use of Azure DevOps for backlog management, project tracking, and Agile delivery.

Review project plans and coordinate activities to ensure alignment with organizational goals and timelines.

Evaluate project feasibility, resource requirements, and delivery approaches.

Support continuous improvement of project management processes, documentation, and delivery practices.

Collaborate with teams responsible for marketing analytics, customer profiling, data ingestion, and data lake management.

Support initiatives involving customer journey analytics, marketing attribution, and enterprise data integrations.

Ensure project activities align with data governance, security, and operational standards.

Required Qualifications

Extensive project management experience leading enterprise IT and data-focused initiatives.

Experience working with marketing data, customer analytics, digital marketing platforms, or customer insights programs.

Proven success managing multiple large-scale projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Experience delivering projects using Agile methodologies, with familiarity supporting hybrid Agile/Waterfall environments.

Experience working with Azure DevOps, including backlog management, user stories, and work item tracking.

This is a Contract position based out of Irving, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $72.00/hr.
