Project/Program Manager IV
The Project/Program Manager IV leads the coordination and successful completion of complex construction-related projects and programs from pre-construction through delivery. This role oversees all aspects of assigned initiatives, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, progress monitoring, and reporting to senior leadership. The position relies on extensive project management experience, sound judgment, and a high degree of creativity to plan and accomplish strategic goals, while directing the work of others and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to high quality standards.

Work Environment
This role operates primarily in a virtual work-from-home environment, using collaboration tools such as Chime, Slack, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams to communicate with project teams and stakeholders. The position involves regular remote coordination and occasional travel to site kick-off meetings and project locations, with travel expected to be less than 50%. The work setting is dynamic and fast-paced, with a strong emphasis on innovation, impact, and independent decision-making. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $65.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
