Project / Program Manager
This role is part of a Central Services team, supporting multiple groups across a large digital engineering organization. The focus is on enabling DevOps and software engineering teams through strong process management, Agile practices, and methodology guidance rather than hands-on technical development.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate across ~100 team members spanning 5 core application teams
- Guide and support teams on Agile best practices
- Act as an Agile coach to improve Scrum execution and delivery
- Ensure alignment of SDLC processes and DevOps integration
- Build and maintain dashboards using Azure DevOps (ADO) Boards
- Support large-scale planning initiatives, including occasional travel
Required Experience
- Strong background in process and methodology
- Solid understanding of:
- Agile and Scrum frameworks
- Scrum ceremonies and workflows
- Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- DevOps concepts (no deep technical/cloud expertise required)
- Prior experience as a:
- Senior Scrum Master OR
- Agile Coach
- 12 years of experience coaching Agile teams
Tools & Technologies
- Azure DevOps Boards (ADO)
- Dashboard creation
- Data visualization
Location & Work Model
- Locations: Chicago, IL or Peoria, IL
- Hybrid work model (some in-office required)
- Occasional travel for planning and coordination
Interview Process
- 2 rounds of virtual interviews (Teams)
- Each round includes 23 interviewers
