Senior Project Coordinator

Are you a highly organized project coordinator who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys bringing teams together to deliver critical business initiatives? We are seeking a Project Coordinator to help drive readiness and execution for one of the most important periods of the yearour Q4 Holiday Program.

In this role, you will partner with cross-functional teams across the business to ensure holiday initiatives are on track, key milestones are achieved, and leadership has clear visibility into program progress, risks, and dependencies. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career project manager looking to gain exposure to large-scale retail and e-commerce operations while working closely with senior stakeholders.

What You'll Do

• Own and manage project plans supporting Q4 holiday readiness initiatives.
• Develop timelines, track milestones, and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.
• Coordinate activities across multiple teams and business partners.
• Lead recurring status meetings, milestone reviews, and stakeholder check-ins.
• Identify risks, remove blockers, and drive accountability across workstreams.
• Facilitate daily operational standups during peak holiday execution.
• Prepare concise updates, status reports, and escalation summaries for leadership.
• Ensure teams remain aligned on priorities, dependencies, and deadlines.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 24 years of Project Management, Program Management, Operations, Retail, E-Commerce, or related experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional projects and driving stakeholder alignment.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and execution skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to proactively identify issues and drive resolution.
• Comfortable facilitating meetings and presenting updates to leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting retail, e-commerce, operations, logistics, or seasonal business initiatives.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, or similar platforms.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders while balancing competing priorities.
• Strong follow-through and a bias toward action.
