Project/Program Manager - Project/Program Manager III

This role is responsible for the coordination and completion of projects and programs. The Project/Program Manager oversees all aspects of projects, sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors progress. This position involves preparing status reports for upper management and relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals while leading the work of others.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of projects and programs, ensuring coordination and completion.
  • Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize project progress.
  • Collaborate with Line Replaceable Unit (LRU) teams to verify and validate Bills of Materials.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of component specifications before procurement.
  • Source and procure test racks, test fixtures, harnessing components, and PCBA boards.
  • Place purchase orders and manage vendor relationships for timely delivery of equipment.
  • Proactively communicate delivery timelines and ETA updates to internal requestors.
  • Coordinate receiving logistics and distribution of parts upon arrival.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for test equipment procurement inquiries.
  • Track and monitor outstanding orders to maintain visibility of the procurement pipeline.
  • Support cross-functional teams by ensuring testing infrastructure is available when needed.

Required Qualifications

Citizenship: Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.

Education: A bachelor's degree in a related area may be required.

Experience: 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area is required.
