The incumbent will be responsible for performing purchasing duties and providing support to the Centralized Purchasing Team.
- Diploma or above in Business Administration / Purchasing & Supply Management / Hotel Management related discipline
- Ideally 1-2 years working experience in purchasing with skills and competency to handle food & beverage purchases, cost analysis, supplier performance management, quotation monitoring and report updating. Working experience in hospitality industry is an advantage.
- A self-motivated team player with good analytical and problem-solving skills, high integrity and the ability to work under pressure
- Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CheckSCM application is an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Good command of both spoken and written English & Cantonese
Candidate with more experience will be considered for Assistant Purchasing Officer.
Fresh university graduate may also be considered.
