Job Summary: We are seeking a skilledPython AI Developerto design and build scalable, cloud-native AI solutions with a focus onGenerative AI and agent-based architectures.
The ideal candidate will have strongexpertiseinPython development, hands-on experience withLLMs, embeddings, and AI orchestration frameworks, and a solid understanding ofcontainerized deployments and modern DevOps practices.
This role involves building reusable AI platforms, enabling self-service capabilities, and delivering robust, enterprise-scale AI systems.

Key Responsibilities: Develop andmaintaintools and self-service capabilitiesfor deploying AI applications
Buildscalable and reusable componentsto accelerate GenAI adoption across teams
Design and deploycontainerized applicationsusing Kubernetes/OpenShift
Implement deployment strategies usingGitOps, Helm, and CI/CD pipelines
Integrate AI services withvector databases and embedding pipelines
Design and implementGenerative AI solutions, including LLM-based and agent-driven applications
Work withAI orchestration frameworks(LangChain, LangGraph, etc.) for workflow automation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to definebest practices for AI development and deployment
Ensurescalability, reliability, monitoring, and observabilityof AI platforms
Contribute to architectural decisions aroundsecurity, performance, and system design
Supportrelease strategiessuch as Blue/Green deployments
Participate actively inAgile/Scrum processes
Required Skills and Qualification
4–6 years of experience insoftware development, with strong Pythonexpertise
Hands-on experience in buildingAI/GenAI or LLM-driven applications
Strong understanding ofmicroservices architecture and REST API development
Experience withKubernetes/OpenShift and containerized environments
Expertiseinasynchronous programming, multiprocessing, and performance optimization
Knowledge ofdata engineering concepts(SQL, NoSQL, Kafka, Redis)
Experience withCI/CD (Jenkins) andGitOpspractices
Understanding ofOAuth and secure application design
Familiarity withobservability tools(Prometheus, Grafana,OpenTelemetry, Loki)
Experience deploying applications usingcloud-native patterns(, Blue/Green deployments)
Working knowledge ofML/DL frameworks(TensorFlow orPyTorch)
Strong understanding ofsecure coding, data privacy, and governance
Experience withunit testing, performance testing, and BDD methodologies
