Python AI Engineer Location: Cleveland, OH (Onsite)

Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Python AI Engineer with expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Agentic AI, AI Chatbots, and Azure OpenAI Services . The ideal candidate will design, develop, fine-tune, and deploy scalable AI solutions that support enterprise use cases such as conversational AI, text generation, summarization, sentiment analysis, and intelligent automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and optimize Python-based AI applications leveraging Azure OpenAI and Azure AI services.
- Design and implement AI-powered solutions using LLMs, RAG architectures, Agentic AI frameworks, and chatbot technologies.
- Fine-tune, evaluate, and optimize Azure OpenAI models for business-specific use cases.
- Build intelligent NLP solutions for text generation, summarization, sentiment analysis, and conversational AI.
- Deploy, monitor, and manage AI models in production environments.
- Implement prompt engineering strategies to improve model performance and response quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into AI-driven solutions.
- Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of AI applications.
- Stay current with emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and Azure ecosystem advancements.
- Troubleshoot model performance issues and deliver innovative solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Python development and AI/ML engineering.
- Strong hands-on experience with: Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Agentic AI frameworks, AI Chatbot development, Azure OpenAI Services
- Proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers
- Experience integrating and consuming Azure OpenAI APIs.
- Strong understanding of: Prompt Engineering, Data Preprocessing, Model Evaluation and Performance Tuning, MLOps Best Practices
- Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to explain complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience deploying AI applications on Azure cloud platforms.
- Knowledge of vector databases and semantic search technologies.
- Experience with enterprise-scale AI solution development and deployment.
- Familiarity with AI governance, monitoring, and responsible AI practices.
