Arka Innovate is seeking a highly skilledPython Application Architect with experience insoftware development and architecture. This role requires expertise inPython frameworks, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), microservices, and DevOps practices. The ideal candidate willlead engineering teams, drive best practices, and ensure high-performing, secure, and scalable application development.
Key ResponsibilitiesSoftware Architecture & Development
- Architect, design, and developscalable, high-performing, and secure Python applications.
- Definetechnical strategy, best practices, and coding standards for Python-based solutions.
- Overseeend-to-end application development, from planning to deployment.
Technology Leadership
- Lead and mentor engineering teams in designing and implementing complex architectures.
- Drive the adoption ofmicroservices, API-first development, and cloud-native technologies.
- Ensurehigh availability, fault tolerance, and security in applications.
Collaboration & Optimization
- Collaborate withproduct managers, developers, and stakeholders to align technology with business objectives.
- Optimize applications forperformance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Stay updated withemerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve solutions.
Required Skills & Experience
- 14+ Years of experience insoftware development and architecture.
- Extensive experience withPython frameworks (Django, Flask, FastAPI).
- Strong expertise incloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Proven experience inmicroservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proficiency inRESTful APIs, GraphQL, and asynchronous processing.
- Expertise in databases (SQL & NoSQL – PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis).
- Strong background inCI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, etc.).
- Experience withevent-driven architectures usingKafka, RabbitMQ, etc.
- Strong knowledge ofsecurity best practices in application development.
- Hands-on experience withdistributed systems and performance optimization.
- Excellentproblem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience withAI/ML-based Python applications.
- Familiarity withfrontend technologies (React, Vue.js) is a bonus.
- Prior experience inFinTech, HealthTech, or SaaS-based environments.
- Certifications inAWS, GCP, or Azure are a plus.
