Define system-level requirements and ensure payload performance meets mission objectives.
Manage payload procurement activities and oversee subcontractor performance.
Evaluate subcontractor optical designs at system level, ensuring compliance with requirements.
Perform payload performance modelling and analysis using tools such as Zemax, Code V, MATLAB, Python, and STK.
Drive end-to-end payload performance, balancing cost, schedule, and risk constraints.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders across the project lifecycle.
Recognized engineering degree (MSc or PhD) in Optical Engineering, Physics, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in payload procurement and subcontractor management.
Experience with payload performance modelling and analysis tools (Zemax, Code V, MATLAB, Python, STK).
Advanced proficiency in Python.
