As a Python Automation Engineer, you will:

Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions for infrastructure and application environments.
Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitLab and Azure DevOps.
Develop scalable automation scripts and tools using Python.
Create and maintain Docker-based containerized solutions.
Integrate enterprise applications and platforms using REST APIs.
Troubleshoot Linux systems and resolve automation-related issues.
Collaborate with Product Owners to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Prepare High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documentation for automation initiatives.
Work closely with stakeholders during user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure successful delivery.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, estimation, and execution.
Continuously improve deployment processes and automation frameworks.
Support infrastructure automation initiatives using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles.

What You Bring to the Table:

7+ years of hands-on experience in Python development with a strong focus on automation.
Proven experience in infrastructure and DevOps automation.
Strong expertise in building and maintaining GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
Experience working with Azure DevOps for build and release automation.
Hands-on experience with Docker and containerized deployments.
Strong Linux administration and troubleshooting skills.
Experience in Shell scripting for automation and system management.
Knowledge of REST API development and third-party API integrations.
Understanding of Infrastructure as Code concepts; Terraform experience is an advantage.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

You should possess the ability to:

Independently design and implement end-to-end automation solutions.
Develop, optimize, and manage CI/CD pipelines in GitLab and Azure DevOps.
Estimate development efforts accurately based on product backlog requirements.
Prepare and present HLDs, LLDs, and technical solution proposals.
Influence architectural and design decisions through technical expertise.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
Build reusable Python automation frameworks for infrastructure and application deployment.
Integrate enterprise applications using REST APIs and automation workflows.
Troubleshoot complex Linux, pipeline, and deployment issues efficiently.
Work on multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining delivery quality.
Adapt quickly to changing priorities in Agile project environments.
Ensure automation solutions follow best practices for scalability, security, and maintainability.
