Must-Have Skills
7+ years of experience in Python Backend Development.
Strong hands-on expertise in Python.
Extensive experience with FastAPI, Django, and Flask.
Experience building REST APIs and Microservices.
Strong knowledge of OOP, Design Patterns, and Software Engineering principles.
Hands-on experience with AppDynamics (Application Performance Monitoring).
Experience in performance analysis, root cause identification, and troubleshooting using AppDynamics.
Strong experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or similar databases.
Experience with Git, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies.
Good-to-Have Skills
AWS, Azure, or GCP Cloud exposure.
Docker and Kubernetes.
Kafka or RabbitMQ.
Grafana, ELK, Prometheus, CloudWatch, or other observability tools.
DevOps / SRE exposure.
