Your responsibilities:
- You develop and optimize backend web services for an AI-powered conversational system.
- You design and implement REST APIs (e.G. using FastAPI).
- You create OpenAPI-based service designs and are responsible for schema and data validation.
- You implement tests with pytest and maintain CI pipelines.
- You collaborate closely with other developers using Git/GitHub, including code reviews.
- You ensure high software quality and modern engineering standards.
- You contribute to LLM-based applications (e.G. agent frameworks, prompt engineering).
- You analyze and improve model output quality.
- You implement observability practices (logging, tracing, metrics).
- You work in containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
- You consistently apply Clean Architecture and Dependency Injection.
Your profile:
- Several years of experience as a Senior Python Backend Engineer in complex projects.
- Very strong knowledge of Python (3.12+), especially typing and asynchronous programming.
- Experience with modern web frameworks such as FastAPI.
- Know-how in schema validation (e.G. Pydantic).
- Hands-on experience in testing (pytest) and CI/CD processes.
- Confident handling of Git/GitHub workflows and code reviews.
- Strong understanding of software architecture and scalable systems.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge in the area of observability (logging, tracing, monitoring).
- Experience with LLM applications, prompt engineering, or agent frameworks is an advantage.
- Experience in a regulated or enterprise environment is a plus.
- Very good English skills, both written and spoken.
