- 5–7 years of hands-on experience in Python development
- Strong expertise in coding, debugging, optimization, and performance tuning
- Experience developing scalable backend applications, APIs & microservices
- Proficiency with Python frameworks
- Strong knowledge of AWS / Azure / GCP and cloud-native architecture
- Hands-on experience with Docker & Kubernetes
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure Automation & DevOps practices
- Strong understanding of databases, data integration & cloud storage
- Knowledge of Agile development, testing & code reviews
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving & stakeholder communication skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced enterprise environment
