Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Python and Data Science Trainer role based in Nagpur. The trainer will design and deliver structured courses in Python programming, data science fundamentals, and related tools to undergraduate learners and early-career professionals. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, creating instructional materials, conducting interactive classroom sessions, and guiding learners through hands-on coding exercises, projects, and assessments. The trainer will monitor learner progress, provide feedback and mentoring, and adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles. Additional responsibilities may include contributing to curriculum development, collaborating with the academic coordination team, and supporting placement-focused training initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Science Education with the ability to connect Python and data science concepts to real-world scientific and analytical applications.
- Solid understanding of Mathematics, including statistics and basic linear algebra, to support data analysis and machine learning topics.
- Background in Physics or related quantitative disciplines is beneficial for explaining analytical problem-solving and modelling.
- Qualified Teacher or trainer with experience in lesson planning, classroom management, and assessment of learner performance.
- Hands-on proficiency in Python, data analysis libraries (e.g., NumPy, pandas), and data visualization tools (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn); exposure to machine learning frameworks is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to learners at different levels.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.
- Experience in academic training, corporate training, or edtech is preferred, along with a learner-centric and inclusive teaching approach.
