Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, deploy, and maintain Python automation scripts for Oracle 19c on-prem systems.
- Design and implement Apache Airflow DAGs for ETL workflows.
- Migrate legacy job logic (Perl, RunMyJob, PL/SQL) into modular Airflow DAGs.
- Build Airflow custom Operators/Sensors for Oracle, REST APIs, SFTP/FTP, and external triggers.
- Implement robust error handling, alerting, and retry mechanisms.
- Collaborate with DBAs/application teams to analyze job dependencies and data lineage.
- Set up job execution logs, audit trails, and SLA dashboards.
- Participate in code reviews, documentation, and onboarding of new jobs.

Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of Python development (automation focus).
- 2+ years of Apache Airflow (production DAG development).
- Strong Oracle Database (19c), SQL & PL/SQL experience.
- Advanced Linux and Shell scripting skills.
- ETL/Data pipeline development experience.
- Experience with enterprise job schedulers (RunMyJob, AutoSys, etc.).
- Building REST API integrations and SFTP/file movement logic.
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting abilities.

- Hands-on with Git, Bitbucket, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines.
