The Senior Software Developer, Backend position involves working within a highly collaborative environment dedicated to integrating partner capabilities into Dialogue's Integrated Health Platform. You will own backend features, from design to deployment, leveraging Python microservices architecture to improve eligibility, billing, and data-sharing services. Your role includes working with diverse teams, ensuring high-quality code, and contributing to the overall growth of Dialogue’s operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs for partner integrations
• Evolve the membership and eligibility domain design
• Ship platform capabilities that align with partner requirements
• Conduct code reviews and improve team effectiveness
• Monitor backend services and respond to incidents
Requirements:
• Over 5 years in API design and distributed systems
• Proficient in Python with FastAPI experience
• Expertise in PostgreSQL and ORM tools
• Knowledge of AWS and containerization via Kubernetes
• Clear communication skills in English and French are an asset
