As a Python Engineer, you’ll work directly with Portfolio Managers, Quants, and Analysts to build high-performance tools and platforms that power real-time investment decisions and directly impact P&L. This is a hands-on, front-office role with immediate visibility and influence.
Design, build, and maintain Python-based trading and research infrastructure
Optimise data pipelines, automate complex workflows, and enhance system efficiency
Front-Office Exposure – Work side-by-side with PMs and Quants on live strategies
High Impact – Build systems that directly influence trading performance
Agile, Elite Team – Collaborative, low-ego, high-calibre environment
Top-Tier Compensation – Strong base, performance-driven bonuses, and clear progression
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
Strong Python experience in high-performance or data-intensive environments
Understanding of financial markets (equities, fixed income, or derivatives is a plus)
