Responsibilities
Understand current process flows, how the change would integrate into current systems. Enhance and improve current designs while adding functionality. Engage with stakeholders to capture requirements and define the scope of GRT work clearly. Task breakdown & estimation
— Decompose requirements into well-scoped, estimated deliverables. Proactive code improvement
— Go beyond assigned tasks by identifying opportunities to refactor legacy code and apply modern technologies. Test strategy & execution
— Design comprehensive test strategies and lead end-to-end testing efforts, ensuring coverage across functional, regression, and integration scenarios with minimal defect leakage. Currency & upgrade management
— Address technical currency by upgrading core components including MQ, Kafka, Airflow, Python, and Java. Production support
— Triage and resolve security vulnerabilities identified through Checkmarx scans and production issues, while maintaining ongoing enhancement sprint cycles with minimal disruption. Certifications (Nice to Have)
Google Cloud certifications or other relevant cloud certifications CFA, FRM or other relevant Counterparty Credit Risk (CCR) certifications
