At SQUAD Technology Solutions , an IT outsourcing company, we are building a small, agile team with a strong commitment to doing things right from the very beginning.

We are currently working with one of our clients to onboard a Senior Python Develope r for an international projec t, which is why a high level of English is require d.

What are we looking for?

Python back end: developing microservices and REST APIs, implementing business logic, integrating third‑party services, and writing scalable, maintainable code
AWS: deploying and maintaining cloud infrastructure (ECS, Lambda, RDS), monitoring applications, and managing cloud environments
?? Databases: SQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB (complex queries, performance optimization, schema design, data integrity)
Snowflake : working with cloud data warehousing, handling large-scale datasets, and supporting analytics/reporting workflows
APIs & integrations: designing and maintaining REST APIs, authentication/authorization, and integrating frontend and external systems
Docker & Linux: containerizing applications, managing environments, server troubleshooting, and deployment support
Git & CI/CD: managing repositories and branches, code reviews, building deployment pipelines, and automating testing and releases
?? Cloud architecture: designing scalable backend infrastructures and improving reliability and maintainability
?? Application management: supporting and evolving enterprise applications, resolving incidents, and improving long-term performance
Agile / Scrum: working in sprints, participating in planning and standups, collaborating with cross-functional teams
English B2+/C1: daily communication with international teams, technical discussions, documentation, and meetings
