A dynamic technology services firm operating in the IT staffing and digital transformation space across India, we partner with fast-scaling startups and enterprise clients to build high-performance engineering teams. Our Python Developers play a critical role in architecting scalable web applications, automating backend workflows, and integrating AI/ML capabilities into client products—all while maintaining clean, testable, and production-ready code. Role & Responsibilities
Design and develop backend services and APIs using Python (Flask, FastAPI, Django) to support high-traffic web and mobile applications.
Write reusable, testable, and well-documented code following best practices in software architecture and DevOps standards.
Integrate third-party services and databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis) into scalable microservices architecture.
Collaborate with frontend engineers, QA, and product teams to deliver features on schedule and with high quality.
Optimize application performance, secure data pipelines, and troubleshoot production issues with minimal downtime.
Participate in code reviews, CI/CD pipeline setup (GitHub Actions, Jenkins), and cloud deployment (AWS, GCP, Azure).
