Actively participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
- 4 6 years of hands-on Python software development experience.
- Strong knowledge of Python libraries, frameworks, and development best practices.
- Experience with REST API design and integration with third-party platforms.
- Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
- Knowledge of software design patterns, OOP, and scalable application architecture.
- Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Other Details:
- Hybrid work (3 days/week) in Jersey City, Dallas, Tampa, or Boston.
