WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?
3+ years of experience
as a
Python Backend Developer . Strong proficiency with
Python
for backend development. Experience with API integration and collaboration with frontend applications. Solid knowledge of
PostgreSQL, MongoDB , and version control tools such as Git. Familiarity with
Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift, and Helm . Proven experience with
RESTful API
development and web services. Advanced
proficiency
in
Spanish
(written and spoken). Strong
problem-solving skills
and ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Experience with
CI/CD tools , preferably Jenkins. Desirable experience in
Agentic AI, LLM integrations, vector databases, or AI/ML APIs .
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? Develop and maintain robust backend services using
Python , ensuring scalability, performance, and code quality. Design, build, and maintain
RESTful APIs
following best practices for security, documentation, and integration. Design, optimize, and maintain database structures using
PostgreSQL
and
MongoDB
to ensure data integrity and performance. Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver well-architected and scalable backend solutions. Participate in
CI/CD pipeline maintenance and automation
using tools such as Jenkins. Implement containerized solutions using
Docker
and deploy/manage applications in
OpenShift/Kubernetes
environments with Helm. Stay current with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies in
backend development, cloud-native architectures, and AI-driven solutions .
