Job Summary Responsibilities - Analyze complex datasets to identify patterns trends and insights that support business decisions.
- Utilize Python to automate data processing and analysis tasks ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
- Ensure data quality by implementing and monitoring data quality basics and functional processes.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover hidden insights and inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with regulatory business analysts to understand requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
- Develop and maintain data documentation including data dictionaries and metadata repositories.
- Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to improve business processes and outcomes.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and consistency across systems.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Support the development and implementation of data governance policies and procedures.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and regulatory compliance.
- Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders through clear and concise reports and presentations.
Qualifications - Possess strong proficiency in Python for data analysis and automation.
- Demonstrate advanced Excel skills for data manipulation and visualization.
- Have a solid understanding of data quality basics and functional processes.
- Exhibit expertise in exploratory data analysis (EDA) techniques.
- Experience in regulatory business analysis is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities are required.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with data governance and compliance standards is a plus.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy are crucial.
- Proactive approach to learning and staying current with industry trends.
- Experience with data documentation and metadata management is beneficial.
