Role: Python Technical Lead / Machine Learning Engineer (Generative AI & GCP)

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy Machine Learning and Generative AI solutions using Python.
- Build and optimize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems using LLMs such as Gemini.
- Design, train, and deploy ML models for classification, regression, forecasting, and predictive analytics.
- Build end-to-end MLOps pipelines using Vertex AI, BigQuery, and other GCP services.
- Perform data analysis, feature engineering, and model performance optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable AI/ML solutions.
- Lead technical initiatives, mentor engineers, and promote best practices.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of Machine Learning experience in production environments.
- Strong Python programming skills with PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and Pandas.
- Advanced SQL and data analysis expertise.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and RAG.
- Strong experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including Vertex AI and BigQuery.
- Knowledge of MLOps, CI/CD, and model deployment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in a related field.
- Experience building RAG solutions from scratch.
- Technical leadership and mentoring experience.
