About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Python Developer with strong software engineering fundamentals and experience building production-grade applications. The ideal candidate will have expertise in modern Python development practices, object-oriented and functional programming, API integrations, testing frameworks, cloud platforms, and software delivery processes. This role requires a developer capable of designing clean, maintainable, scalable solutions while adhering to best coding practices and quality standards.
Required Skills:
- Strong Python development experience in enterprise environments
- Expertise in fully typed Python and type annotations
- Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and Functional Programming concepts
- Experience with abstract base classes, protocols, and interface-driven development
- SQL development and database design principles
- Experience with SQL query builders and ORM frameworks
- RESTful APIs and Web Services development
- Production-grade logging and exception handling
- Git, branching strategies, and pull request workflows
- Experience with linters, type checkers, auto-formatters, and developer productivity tools
- Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and System Testing
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
- Modern Python packaging and dependency management (pyproject.toml)
Nice to Have:
- Exposure to AI/ML API integrations and patterns
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
- Experience developing reusable Python libraries and frameworks
- Familiarity with code assistants and AI-powered development tools
- Experience building cloud-native applications and services
