We are seeking a Python Developer to join our forward-thinking and collaborative team.
In this position, you will take the lead in developing sophisticated software solutions, contribute to impactful projects across various business areas, and work closely with stakeholders to deliver meaningful results. You will also support and guide junior developers while ensuring adherence to established software engineering standards.
Responsibilities
- Develop new tools and refine existing systems to meet business requirements across domains such as Sales, Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, Operations, Procurement, and Supply Chain
- Provide mentorship and technical advice to junior team members, fostering a positive and innovative team culture
- Partner with stakeholders and clients to design customized solutions while establishing strong, trustworthy relationships
- Use customer feedback and data to create solutions that exceed expectations and deliver measurable benefits
- Engage in team discussions to incorporate diverse perspectives and ensure successful project outcomes
- Tackle complex challenges with a proactive and flexible approach, learning from feedback to drive continuous improvement
- Demonstrate dependability and self-reliance while thriving in a hybrid work environment
- Stay updated on the latest technologies and industry trends to enhance skills and expertise
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline
- At least 2 years of experience as a Python Developer, with a proven record of delivering high-quality and dependable software solutions
- Proficiency in front-end technologies, including JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Experience in Artificial Intelligence, including working with LLMs, AI-powered solutions, agentic systems, and deep learning concepts
- Familiarity with tools such as GitHub, GitHub Actions, XMLSpy, SNYK or similar static code analysis tools, JFrog, and Microsoft.TestPlatform NuGet for code coverage reporting
- Experience working within Agile methodologies, including participation in standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to assess and improve existing code using best practices
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, at a minimum B1 level
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Understanding of microservices architecture and practical experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
- Knowledge of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code techniques
