Overview
Our client within financial services is looking to hire a Python Developer to work as a contractor on a number of middle office and risk initiatives. This will be a multi-year opportunity for someone with a strong background as a Python Developer and experience at a financial services company.
Responsibilities
- Support liquidity reporting system upgrades
- Support collateral management platform optimisation and system upgrades
- Support securities lending programme and system upgrades
- Develop large, business-critical solutions
- Provide ongoing support for existing functionality and implement new feature requests
- Contribute to risk systems enhancements and related initiatives
Qualifications / Experience
- Strong Python development background
- Experience in financial services industry
- Ability to work as part of a multi-year contractor engagement
Remuneration
Rate up to £600 per day
