Hiring: Python Developer
Location: Virginia (VA) | Texas (TX) | Charlotte, NC
Employment Type: Contract W2
We are looking for experienced Python Developers to join our growing engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in developing scalable backend applications, APIs, and cloud-based solutions using Python.
Required Skills:
- 10+ years of experience in Python development
- Strong proficiency in Python, Django and/or Flask, and REST APIs
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or DynamoDB
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Knowledge of Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with Git, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and unit testing frameworks
- Familiarity with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other messaging platforms is a plus
- Strong analytical, debugging, and communication skills
Preferred:
- Experience working in Banking, Financial Services, Healthcare, or other enterprise environments
- Exposure to data processing, automation, or cloud-native application development
