Python Developer (Django) – Brisbane (Hybrid)

We are seeking a Python Developer with expertise in Django to join a fast‑growing Australian PropTech company focused on property, mortgage, and AI‑driven real estate solutions. The role involves backend development to support data‑intensive platforms.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain backend applications using Python and Django.
• Develop REST APIs and support AI chatbot functionality.
• Work across data‑heavy systems and property platforms.
• Support cloud‑based infrastructure and deployments.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams.
• Contribute to code reviews and system improvements.

Experience & Qualifications

• Strong Python and Django experience (essential).
• Proficiency with Django REST Framework (DRF).
• Understanding of SQL, ORM optimisation, and database design.
• Experience with cloud environments (Google Cloud Platform preferred).
• Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD tools.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and clean coding practices.

Salary

Up to $120,000 Super.
