Job Description:

We provide services across the Enterprise Technology Stack for business process outsourcing, analytics and engineering, applications, security, cloud, IT outsourcing and modern workplace.
What you'll do:
• Develop clean, maintainable, and efficient Python code for backend services and AI powered applications.
• Build and maintain REST APIs and integrations using modern frameworks.
• Work with AWS resources such as S3, Lambda, EC2, ECS, RDS, DynamoDB, or CDK/IaC.
•Assist in implementing AI agent development using tools like LangChain, LangGraph, vector databases, or LLM-based APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) and RAG patterns.
•Use of AI coding assistants like GitHub Copilot or Claude Code.
• Collaborate with ML/AI engineers to integrate models into production.
• Contribute to code reviews, unit tests, integration tests, and CI/CD improvements.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and help refine user stories.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in cloud-based environments.
Who you are:
• 3–5 years of experience in Python development.
• Experience with backend frameworks (FastAPI, Flask, Django, etc.).
• Good understanding of AWS services such as S3, Lambda, ECS, RDS, or DynamoDB.
• Exposure to Generative AI technologies (LLM APIs, LangChain, embeddings, or vector databases).
• Familiarity with API development and microservices architecture.
• Basic understanding of IaC tools (CDK, Terraform, or CloudFormation).
• Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/Scrum practices.
