You'll sit at the intersection of technology and trading, collaborating directly with Traders and Quants to build mission-critical tools that drive real-time market decisions.
Responsibilities
- Design and scale a robust Python framework used for custom automation and live data access.
- Work side‑by‑side with the front office to translate complex trading strategies into efficient code.
- Manage projects from initial requirement gathering through to production delivery.
- Evangelize high‑quality software engineering standards, including automated testing and peer code reviews.
- Provide high‑level technical support for the trading ecosystem when required.
What You Bring
- 3+ years of professional experience building production‑grade applications and libraries.
- Strong understanding of asynchronous programming and software design patterns.
- Previous experience in a Front Office, Quant, or Trading Systems environment is highly preferred.
- A University degree in Computer Science or a related quantitative field.
- Fluent English skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
