The Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst is a senior level position responsible for establishing and implementing new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to lead applications systems analysis and programming activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and resolve complex issues, escalating as appropriate.
- Design and deliver innovative technology solutions for the front office, Credit Risk Business.
- Implement projects based on Python, FastAPI, MCP, LLM, Java and other latest technologies.
- Hands‑on development experience in Python.
- Work with developers onshore, offshore and matrix teams to implement a business solution.
- Investigate possible bug scenarios and production support issues.
- Utilize CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes and other containerized platforms.
- Communicate development progress to the Project Lead.
- Recent experience with modern Python development using Large Language Models, Model Context Protocol and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) architecture.
- Experience developing applications in the Financial Services industry is preferred.
- Collaborate effectively with development teams.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of hands‑on experience building enterprise‑scale, highly componentized applications using Python, FastAPI.
- Strong knowledge of Python, FastAPI, and related frameworks.
- Experience with CI/CD, Kubernetes, and containerized environments.
- Ability to interact and collaborate with global development teams.
- Effective communication skills for reporting progress to leadership.
- Preferred experience in Financial Services, especially in Credit Risk domains.
This is a full‑time position located in the Wholesale Credit Risk Division. Salary range for the role is $120,800.00 - $170,800.00.
