About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Python + Django Backend Developer to work on high-scale, production-grade applications. The ideal candidate has strong backend expertise, solid database skills, and hands-on experience with modern application architectures.
Key Technical Requirements
1. Strong Core Python Skills
Excellent understanding of Python fundamentals
Ability to write clean, optimized, scalable code
Experience in asynchronous programming (plus)
2. Django Backend Expertise
Strong hands-on experience with Django & Django REST Framework
Deep understanding of:
DB schema design
Models, migrations
Query optimization
ORM best practices
Ability to architect backend modules independently
3. Database & Schema Design
Experience designing normalized, scalable database structures
Strong understanding of:
Indexing
Joins & transactions
Query performance tuning
Experience with PostgreSQL / MySQL (must)
4. Frontend Knowledge (Required by Client)
Working knowledge of React.js
Ability to handle basicintermediate UI components
Strong API integration skills
