Remote Senior Python/Django Backend | Scale & Performance

Shakers is looking for a Senior Python / Django Developer to join as a freelance, full-remote contributor. You will own back-end development, testing, and performance for a mission-driven platform serving a large-scale project.
You will build robust Django back-ends, optimize data models, deploy on Kubernetes, and mentor teams on best practices. Fluent English is required; Italian is a plus, and agile CI/CD discipline is expected.
