Python/django developer

You will join our team as a Full‑Stack Developer based in Cape Town . As part of our community, you will contribute to the development and enhancement of client‑facing applications, working two days a week in the CBD office. Your role will involve collaborating with stakeholders, designing robust solutions, and leveraging your expertise in both backend and frontend technologies to deliver high‑quality projects. Your missions Design, develop, and maintain client‑facing applications using Python and Django/Flask frameworks Build and integrate RESTful APIs and Graph QL endpoints Develop and enhance front‑end features using React Manage and optimize SQL databases for application performance Implement authentication solutions such as JSON Web Tokens or similar tools Collaborate with the team to ensure robust version and source control using Git Hub Participate in the automation of processes and integration of AI tools where applicable Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver high‑quality solutions Your profile Experience in full‑stack development with client‑facing applications (5+ years) Proficiency in Python Experience with Django or Flask frameworks Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and Graph QL Proficient in React Experience with SQL databases Good understanding of Git Hub for version and source control Experience with authentication tools such as JSON Web Tokens Experience with generative AI tools and automation is highly advantageous English fluent What we offer An international community bringing together 110+ different nationalities An environment where trust has a central place: 70% of our key leaders started their careers at the first level of responsibilities A robust training system with our internal Academy and 250+ available modules A vibrant workplace that frequently gathers for internal events (afterworks, team buildings, etc.) At Mantu, sustainability is part of everything we do.
