Senior Python Engineer — Ai Coding Evaluation Architect
Mindrift is building a dataset to evaluate AI coding agents by creating challenging tasks and evaluation criteria within realistic simulated environments. You will craft prompts, define what constitutes a solved task, and write tests that accept all valid approaches while rejecting incorrect ones.
The role requires 8+ years of software development experience, strong Python (FastAPI) and React skills, Docker, Postgres, Kafka, Redis, and solid test experience.
