• Lead the assessment anddocumentation of current and target-state processes and functional requirementsacross the enterprise.
• Collaborate with customersand enterprise developers to formulate policies and plans that supportenterprise goals.
• Implement efficientend-to-end processes and maximize the use of existing IT assets.

Education and Experience:

• Over 15 years of relevantexperience, including leading teams on projects of similar scope andcomplexity.
• Proven experience as a leaddeveloper for projects with comparable responsibilities and challenges.
- Proficiencyin the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Strongknowledge of programming languages, application servers, database servers,and system architecture.
- Advancedexpertise in Python and other modern programming languages toaddress business needs.
- Expertisein designing, developing, deploying, and managing applications onEKS.
- Hands-onexperience withAWS services.
- Solidunderstanding of microservices and containerization.
- Git lab and Terraform knowledge is a huge plus
- Experiencewith in AI and gen AI tools (person like this is preferred) modern techstack
- Familiaritywith one or more of the following technologies is a plus.
