We are looking for a skilled Python Engineer with hands-on experience in Codex Cloud / AI coding platforms to join our team onsite in San Jose, CA. The ideal candidate should have strong backend development skills, experience working with cloud-based AI coding agents, and the ability to build scalable applications and automation solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Python-based applications and backend services
- Work with Codex Cloud and AI-assisted development tools for coding, debugging, and automation
- Design REST APIs, integrations, and cloud-native solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment
- Troubleshoot performance issues and optimize existing systems
- Write clean, scalable, and testable code
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in Python development
- Experience with Codex Cloud / AI coding platforms
- Hands-on experience with APIs, microservices, and backend frameworks (FastAPI, Flask, or Django)
- Knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud deployment tools
- Familiarity with AI/ML workflows and automation tools
- Experience working in enterprise or product-based environments
