The Opportunity

As a Senior Backend Software Engineer (Python), you'll play a key role in shaping and delivering this innovation to our users.
You'll design and build high-performance backend services that make ELT operations easy, efficient, and accessible.
Your expertise will directly influence product scalability, reliability, and user experience.

What You'll Do
- Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services primarily in Python.
- Develop and enhance APIs, ensuring they are secure, performant, and easy to use.
- Leverage AWS services (Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, Redshift, RDS, etc.) to deliver robust cloud-native solutions.
- Lead the design and implementation of new features, ensuring scalability and reliability at every step.
- Collaborate with product, design, and QA to bring new ideas from concept to production.
- Improve automation and developer efficiency with modern CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Serverless Framework).
- Mentor and support other developers, raising the technical bar across the team.
What You Bring
Technical Expertise
- Familiarity with REST API design, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for writing clean, maintainable, and testable code.
Collaboration & Communication
- Proven ability to work in remote, cross-functional teams.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Experience mentoring, reviewing code, and providing technical leadership is a plus.
